I had Steve C. Chris N. Anthony T. And Matt out here to put in a new drainage pipe for my washer. They had to dig through 3 feet of concrete and dirt and redirect from the old deteriorated pipe to lay a new pipe straight to the main line. They filled the hole and cleaned the area and also reconnected my washer and dryer. My only complaint was that these guys are so busy they would get called away to help on other jobs but that's what happens when you're that good. Thanks guys for all your help. With all you have done for my home you have a customer for life.

Jacob went above and beyond to help me install my home EV charger. He not only installed it correctly, he tidied the space up and also added some wire protectors and a metal cover to protect the wiring in the wall. After installation, he cleaned up the debris on the ground and waited until I confirmed that the charger was working before leaving. Overall, I would recommend Jacob and Service Lion foe any EV charger installation needs.

Hang in there, this is a long review! I have so many people to thank for their wonderful work. I wish I could give each of these guys ten stars on their own and and additional ten to them all as a team. ADRIAN: my best plumber ever! He went above and beyond and then more to make sure everything was right and was working properly. He worked 12 hours one day til 8:30 that night, then until 7 the next night. He made sure I understood everything that was being done, answered all my questions, and just kept working and working, solving problems as they came up. CHRIS & STEVE: Adrian's two colleagues who kept running up and down the stairs, running out for parts, making sure everything got picked up, cleaned up and finished perfectly. Love you guys! DANNY: the electrician who came out today to figure out a better way to get power to my new water filtration system. I had a brother who was an electrical contractor. Danny does work up to my brother's standards, which means his work was stellar. He figured out a way to install an outside socket in an absolutely unobtrusive spot while at the same time drawing wire in such a way that there was no damage to any drywall, no patching needed. Creative problem solving! All of you were instrumental making this installation happen. I can't imagine any better experts. You were all friendly, helpful, efficient, and effective. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Jacob and Joshua were here yesterday to inspect my AC and furnace. I actually have a heat pump. I thought I had a furnace. Jacob took the time to explain the difference and to teach me the basics of how the heat pump works. He could easily have just inspected it, told me all was well, and headed out. Instead,, he took the extra time to help me be a better informed homeowner! This is just one of the things I love about Service Lion. They go above and beyond what is expected. There work is ipeccable.

Danny is so professional in his work, he checked our outlets and he told us what needs to be done. He went beyond the expectation and found out that that the electric system that controls the furnis was faulty , and he tried bypass the thermostat and followed up with HvAc. on a follow up visit.

Danny arrived on time. He listened to what the problem was and investigated. He offered a his opinion and offered several options how to proceed. He fixed the problem and did a clean professional job. We will be having Service Lion come out to do additional work we need done.

We had an electrical inspection done with Oscar who was very polite, friendly, clean and professional. He was very thorough, showing me what he was doing and taking the time to explain things. Working with Service Lion has been a good experience for us and I would definitely recommend them.

Jacob S. and Josh G. came over for an ac issue that I was having. With there help I was able to have cold air for my party that having the next day. They were super polite and informed I highly recommended having Jacob come out.

Initially they came out and they seemed fine, the technician appeared to be knowledgeable however after talking further he was persistent that I needed a new water heater (mines was only 6 years old) and water softening system which would cost me roughly $14,000. I had a second company come out and said everytime worked fine and nothing needed to be done.

Friendly, Businesslike

Water heater is working fine but labor cost is unreasonable especially since I had already purchased the part myself....$300 plus for 45 minutes. Not technicians fault but company itself could be a lot more reasonable when it comes to cost.

Lion Plumbing Heating & Air Condition is now my go to service company for all their services. Every one of their service personnel are extremely skilled and customer friendly. I’ve had the pleasure of using them for a major air conditioning rework and recently for just a general electrical evaluation which identified and corrected a future problem before it occurred and saved me a lot of money.

Jacob was courteous, well mannered, and polite. He diagnosed and fixed our issue fast. Top marks to him!

Our AC unit wasn't working properly so Jacob S and Adrian C came out to fix it and did a great job! They changed the unit's coil and all of our ducts so ensure everything worked like it should. They gave us updates about how long it would take and what they were doing, very thorough. Couldn't be happier with their service!

Danny looked at my electrical issue and explained it understandably and clearly. It's a pity that as an elderly woman on a limited income I could not afford the transformers and labor. Danny even spoke to his boss and was able to get me a nice discount, but the total was still far above my means. However, I want to recommend your company to other residents in Laguna Woods based on my interaction with Danny: a kind, honest, and professional electrician who's clearly knowledgeable. I previously had good experience with them but during an emergency with the unit that cools our server room, everything has changed. I understand that during this extreme heat every AC repair company is super busy. I called on a Sunday and was told the earliest a tech could get out was Wednesday. Despite the fact that we paid for a special service they offer for priority front of line service I was understanding that they were very busy due to the extreme heat streak and we would have to wait until Wednesday. Its important to note the AC unit that was down was installed by this company less than two years ago and two weeks prior we had another failure which was repaired but now has me concerned they never actually fixed the real problem, so I wanted to make sure the same company serviced the issue for warranty. Wednesday the technician just never showed up. I received apologies and was told a tech would be out Thursday which he did. Unfortunately the tech that showed up was not trained or certified to do the required coolant leak repair so we were left again without a working unit and promises for a tech on Friday. Friday came and went and despite multiple calls and being given the run around the tech never showed. After expressing my frustration they sent the same tech who was not certified to add freon knowing it would leak out. By Saturday the freon had leaked out completely and the unit was not cooling again. I reached out first thing Monday to find out when a tech would be out and was told 2-5pm. How are we not first on the schedule. The saga finally came to an end when I found another AC Repair company who found the issue (condensation backing up causing the units failsafe to shut the AC down) within 10 minutes of arriving and then sent a technician back the same day to complete the repair. Despite several successful transactions previously Service Lion failed spectacularly when we needed them most. I would highly recommend AVOIDING Service Lion for you AC repair needs. Just wanted to add that they responded very quickly to this negative review but if they had that same sense of urgency to help us with our repair need, there wouldn't even be a negative review.
